DMT have also delivered training solutions within the M25 and further afield. In
the past 20 years we have successfully delivered thousands of courses to

consultancy support. We are behavioral specialists and address psychological
aspects of leadership and management and personal development in both design

We have adapted delivery to provide online courses and webinars to facilitate training during Covid 19. We can provide Covid 19 specific online courses and webinars for remote workers in a range of topics. These include webinars on resilience and wellbeing, leadership and coaching skills. We also provide online courses and webinars for those organisations who utilise online learning and webinars as part of their learning and development strategy. We are happy to be flexible to your organisational needs by delivering bite sized training along with half day programmes.

We specialise in supporting organisations by designing bespoke learning interventions to meet organisations current needs. This strategy supports organisations who may have specific objectives arising from staff surveys and focus groups and other challenges identified as a result of organisational change.

However, we also provides a range ofprogrammes for organisations whose staff may require functional needs in a range of subject matter areas and do not need a bespoke solution.

Our programme design is based on listening to both organisational requirements and delegate need. Delegate need is based on the needs expressed by
delegates who attend our programmes in a variety of sectors and roles. The DMT approach is both flexible and insightful and supported by our ability to adapt. Training delivery works because Associates really enjoy what they do. We work on the adage that “if you enjoy what you do you never have to do another day’s work

We are also committed to personal and professional development. Our Associates hold memberships of a range of organisations which include: Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD), British Psychological Society (BPS) and Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

We also specialise in the delivery of whole workforce training programmes to large organisations across multiple sites throughout London and the South East of the UK. Our background in organisational change enables us to support organisations with whole workforce training when required. This includes
supporting organisations by delivering whole workforce training in equality and
diversity or unconscious bias training.

We also provide Leadership coaching solutions which can be delivered via telephone coaching or by using zoom, if clients prefer face to face coaching. We
typically provide leadership coaching for executives. However, we also provide
coaching skills training for managers to cascade knowledge to their staff. Our coaching solutions are based on making effective leaders even more effective. We also provide coaching solutions as a blended learning solution following training. Blended learning solutions may also include pre and post course learning if required.

We specialise in supporting organisations who are time poor. Our consultancy solutions are aimed at organisations who may or may not have the skills in house and do not have the time to deliver. This allows organisations to continue with business as usual whilst still achieving their team/organisational objectives.

Passmore (2007) states that the aim of coaching is the enhancement of personal performance at work.

This occurs through behavioural, cognitive and motivational interventions which facilitate change in the coachee. Coaching first became used as a development intervention in the UK in the early 2000s. At this time, it was largely used to support leaders to “fix” their development problems.
